The applicant must meet one of the criteria below to be eligible:

• Being a holder of an official press card
• Journalists/photographers who do not have an official press card but are provided with an assignment from a medium.

Verifiable evidence should be provided of recent journalistic work or photographic material concerning this competition, produced by the person in whose name the accreditation is sought. These should be sent by e-mail to media@omloopvanvlaanderen.be.

Media organisations applying for accreditation are required to provide a formal engagement letter signed by the editor-in-chief of the publication or agency concerned. This engagement letter should be sent by e-mail to media@omloopvanvlaanderen.be.

There will be per medium maximum 2 accreditations awarded. Photos and videos may be requested by the organisation of the A&D Omloop van Vlaanderen.
